"They kept me calm after my flight got canceled"
My flight was delayed for a while and then ended up getting canceled, which had me stressed because I wasn’t sure what was going to happen next. The desk staff were helpful though and explained the options clearly, which I really appreciated because I needed a bit of reassurance in the moment. They got me rebooked for the next morning and stayed calm the whole time. It wasn’t an ideal situation, but they handled it fairly.

"Crew Was fine, not Much Else"
The crew seemed professional and stayed calm the whole time, which I appreciated. But the service felt a little rushed to me. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just kinda Average overall.

"Boarding was fine… until it wasn’t"
I flew Sun Country and at first I was like, okay, this boarding process is normal. Nothing fancy, nothing terrible. But then the gate area filled up so fast and the group numbers were kind of hard to follow, and suddenly I was annoyed because nobody seemed to know when they were actually supposed to line up.
The staff seemed like they were trying, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but it definitely felt rushed. People were crowding the lane before their group was even called, and it got messy quick. Overall, not a disaster, but yeah, they could definitely make it more organized...

"Not the best once we were in the air!!"
The flight itself wasn’t great!! The crew barely came around, so it felt like we were kind of left on our own most of the time.

"Better than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting much, but the seats were actually comfortable and the legroom was better than I thought it would be. The whole flight felt easy, and I never had that cramped feeling you sometimes get. Ended up being a nicer experience than I expected

The booking process worked okay overall, but I didn’t really love that the fees only showed up later. It made the final price feel a bit less straightforward.

"Pretty easy to book and use"
Booking through suncountry.com was smooth. The site loaded quickly, the prices were easy to understand, and I didn’t feel like I was being sent on some endless scavenger hunt just to choose seats and add bags. It was nice. Like, weirdly nice for an airline website.
I used the app for check-in and my boarding pass too, and it worked without any random glitches or dramatic nonsense. Not exactly life-changing, obviously, but it did make the whole trip feel a lot less annoying. So yeah, solid overall

"Changing my flight wasn’t as painful as I expected"
I had to shift my trip by a few days, which of course felt like one more thing going wrong for me, but the change process was actually easy. The fees and rules were shown before I paid, so at least I didn’t get hit with some surprise charge at the end like I half expected. The cancel option was easy to find too. for once, something went smoother than I thought it would

I actually appreciated how easy it was to find the bag rules before booking. The personal item size was clearly listed, and adding a checked bag online was straightforward. I do wish the fees didn’t feel like something you have to think through so carefully, because it can add up if you’re not paying attention. But since everything was clear upfront, I didn’t get hit with any weird surprises at the airport, which was the main thing I cared about. Overall, a smooth experience.

I got my travel credit and the refund process was easy. It’s nice when a company handles things fairly and doesn’t make you jump through hoops.
